About the Event
We have another double-team coming to our September SuperBlues. Rima Nakhle and Nancy Lu will be joining us.
Rima is MP for Takanini:
This is Rima's first term as an MP. She was born in Australia (but we won't hold that against her!) and moved to New Zealand over a decade ago with her Kiwi husband.
Rima has a Bachelor of Law from Western Sydney Uni and was admitted to the bar in NZ in 2014. She's passionate about the Takanini community and sponsors several local sports teams and athletes. She also supports community and charitable initiatives with a particular focus on education and sports for youth.
Nancy is a list MP:
In her previous life, Nancy was a Chartered Accountant, and she recently graduated with a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
As a List MP she has the freedom to be available anywhere in the country to support those who need it. Apart from English, she is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and is very connected and respected within the Chinese community.
